Erratum: CCNB1 may as a biomarker for the adipogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells in the postoperative fat transplantation of breast cancer
Erratum to: Gland Surg 2024;13(1):45-58.
In the January 2024 issue of Gland Surgery (Vol 13, No 1), the article titled “CCNB1 may as a biomarker for the adipogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells in the postoperative fat transplantation of breast cancer” (Wang et al., 2024) (1) was published with two errors.
The title “CCNB1 may as a biomarker for the adipogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells in the postoperative fat transplantation of breast cancer” should be corrected as “CCNB1 may be a biomarker for the adipogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells in the postoperative fat transplantation of breast cancer”. Besides, the authors incorrectly referred to “maximal clique centrality” (MCC), a score computed by Cytoscape’s cytoHubba algorithm as “Matthews correlation coefficient” (MCC). The sentence in the selection and analysis of hub genes section “The top 10 genes were obtained via the Matthews correlation coefficient (MCC) algorithm with the Cytoscape’s plug-in cytoHubba” should be corrected as “The top 10 genes were obtained via the maximal clique centrality (MCC) algorithm with the Cytoscape’s plug-in cytoHubba”. The full name in Figure 4 “MCC, Matthews correlation coefficient” should be corrected as “MCC, maximal clique centrality”.
The authors apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. The correction does not compromise the validity of the conclusions and the overall content of the article.
