Dr. Salvatore Alessio Angileri is a Medical Doctor at San Paolo University Hospital of Milan (Italy). Dr. Angileri had postgraduate training in radiology and interventional radiology at University of Milan (Italy) and a research experience at S. George’s Hospital London (UK).
He is a young researcher who is very skilled in diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures. His research interests are mainly focused on thyroid, prostate and pancreatic pathologies, in particular in new minimally invasive radiological treatments for benign and malignant tumors.
He published 33 papers indexed on Scopus with H-Index 5, 8 book chapters, about 50 accepted abstracts at national and international conferences, and is invited as speaker and moderator at 10 conference and seminars. He is member of the ESR (European Society of Radiology), and CIRSE (Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Society of Europe SIRM (Italian Society of Radiology and Interventional Radiology).
