abstract = {For women facing a new diagnosis of breast cancer, treatments can result in changes to intimate issues, including sexual health. For women of reproductive age, other significant concerns include the potential impact on fertility and the safety of pregnancy after treatment. These issues are important to acknowledge and to address, as they can impact on quality of life, not only for the patient, but may impact relationships, both present and future. In this paper we review sexual health after cancer, the importance of proactively addressing fertility, and important issues related to pregnancy following breast cancer.},
